Maker Hub

The university's second makerspace is located on the third floor of Elon Town Center on North Williamson Avenue and hosted a grand opening celebration on Thursday, Oct. 19. 

The maker hub, the university's second, features a new variety of tools for makers along with twice the space as Elon's first maker hub in Colonnades. 

Elon University will be celebrating the National Day on Writing with events all across campus on Friday, Oct. 20! Join in the discussion of #WhyIWrite at any, or all of the events being hosted by groups from across campus.

The new space on the third floor of Elon Town Center on North Williamson Avenue is hosting an open house from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24. 

Summer is the busiest time for construction on campus and there are many projects underway. Read this second update for more details about enhancements to Elon’s outstanding environment for learning. 

Elon students and faculty shared projects on April 26 at the Maker Takeover in Moseley Center.

The event was part of Frau Fiber’s international campaign to change the apparel industry one stitch at a time.
