Elon students and faculty are interacting in new ways this fall that blend online and in-person sessions to help promote health and safety while still providing an engaging learning experience.

Students received the following update from Vice President for Student Life Jon Dooley about a new emergency declaration by the Town of Elon that continues to limit mass gatherings to no more than 10 people indoors and 25 people outdoors.

This semester, Elon has erected tents around campus to provide outdoor learning spaces for students and faculty that present new environments for learning.

Provost Aswani Volety shared the new information with the campus community as the university continues to adjust in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
