The festival
rules allow participation by Elon University faculty, staff and

graduation. The work is evaluated by a panel of judges consisting
of professors and students; they decide the programing of the festival
and select the winners in various categories.
In a separate
competition held earlier in the academic year, Sean Hennen wrote
the winning script in the Cinelon screenwriting contest.
Current Cinelon
officers include: Christopher Disher, president; Bryan Kernodle,
vice president; Trent Watts, treasurer; Grace Dow, secretary.
The group's
faculty adviser is School of Communications faculty member Michael
Frontani.
