Expenses related to the seminar, including lodging and meals during the seminar’s 2011-2013 summer meetings, will be paid by Elon University. Each participant will be granted $1000 ($500/year for summer 2011 and 2012) to support travel to the seminar’s June meetings at Elon University. Other participant expenses, including additional travel and any research costs, will be paid by the participants and/or their home institutions.

We have reserved rooms in the Colonnades, Elon’s newest dormitory. Participants will have air-conditioned single rooms with private bathrooms; towels and linens are provided. All buildings on Elon’s campus have wireless internet access. Participants also have access to the sports facilities at Elon, including the fitness center, racquetball courts, pool, tennis courts, and a driving range.
All meals and snacks will be provided (Sunday dinner through Friday lunch). Accepted participates will have an opportunity to note any dietary preferences.
