Areas of Expertise

A community activist in issues such as workers' rights, food access, and police accountabilty, Eric Fink believes in bringing social perspectives to law. His research interests range from labor and employment law to how customs of the recreational fishing community govern people's behavior. Fink argues that customs and traditions often shape the laws of a country and vice versa, pointing to the changing environment of same-sex marriage in America as an example.
