Meet Johnny Tricoli,
our first-ever Featured Student of the Month!!!
Each month focuses on a different 1L student, in an effort to get to know a little more about him or her. This month, our focus is on Johnny Tricoli.
Johnny was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. In high school, he ran cross-country track. He later moved to North Carolina, where he has many familial ties, to attend Elon University. In college, Johnny pledged with the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science.
Johnny decided to pursue a career in law because he is passionate about understanding the foundation of our justice system. Specifically, the construction of our Constitution fascinates him, and he is eager to learn how our law, itself, was established.
Johnny decided to come to Elon Law School because he enjoyed his undergraduate experience so much and knows the emphasis Elon places on its students’ success. At the moment, Johnny’s favorite subjects are Torts and Property. He loves how Professor Armijo structures the class and engages his students in Torts. Additionally, he loves Property as a subject, and appreciates that he shares a mutual love for Lord of the Rings with Professor Parrish.
On a personal note, Johnny is listening to “a lot of Drake at the moment,” and is an avid Florida Gators fan. After a long week of hitting the books, Johnny enjoys popping open a bottle of merlot, curling up on the couch, and watching a movie with his girlfriend, Sarah.
