The Station at Mill Point

Townhouse-style living at Elon University: on-campus advantages with off-campus independence

Elon University’s newest residential community, The Station at Mill Point, opens in August 2012 on Williamson Avenue across from the Town of Elon fire station. Sign-up begins in February, giving 324 Elon juniors and seniors the opportunity to be the first to live in this exciting neighborhood.

The Station combines the advantages of on-campus housing with the independence and amenities many students look for in off-campus housing. The 24 two-story furnished homes in The Station have the look of a classic Charleston neighborhood, with wide sidewalks, buildings of different shapes and colors, inviting porches and a pool and recreation facilities. Each apartment has an open floor plan, including a living room, full kitchen, dining room and private bedrooms and bathrooms.

A student neighborhood association will set and govern community standards and programs for the neighborhood. The university will provide an all-inclusive rent arrangement, full access to the Elon’s high-speed campus network and cable television, facility maintenance and campus security, giving students a hassle-free living environment.
