Rachaele Andrews - Moseley Center Graduate Fellow
Rachaele is a 2014 graduate of Elon with a B.A. in Strategic Communications and a minor in Sport and Event Management. She was a Residence Area Coordinator and RA in the Oaks Neighborhood while a student at Elon. Rachaele was also VP of Operations for the Student Union Board and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. sorority. As the Moseley Center Fellow, Rachaele will work with daily center operations, student organizations, and special events. She is also pursuing a Masters in Higher Education at UNCG.
Mark Dalhouse - Director of Domestic Programs
Mark has Ph.D. is US history; he comes to Elon from the Washington Internship Institute, and before that he was Assistant Dean of Students and Faculty Head of House at Vanderbilt University. He has taught history at George Washington, Vanderbilt, Washington and Lee, and Truman State.
Diane Dalton – Assistant Director of Application Technologies
Diane comes to us from Rockingham Community College where she served on the faculty as Department Chair for Information Technologies. Combined with her academic background, she brings many years of experience with web and software development, business analysis, and project management and her focus will be on Web Technologies. She earned both her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Brittany Dipper – Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach
Brittany joins us from Stetson University where she was an assistant coach. Brittany holds a B.S. degree in Family Studies from the University of Maryland
Brian Feeley ’03 – Director of Alumni Engagement
Brian leads the Alumni Engagement team and works closely with the Elon Alumni Board and other academic and administrative offices on campus to engage alumni of all ages, building the university’s vibrant alumni network and helping to grow the alumni participation rate. He and the alumni team will be focused on launching new initiatives related to Professional Development and LifELONg Learning opportunities, expanding regional programing, and the academic integration into Alumni Engagement. Before coming back to Elon, Brian served as vice president for admissions, institutional relations and internship site relations at The Washington Center. Brian received his MBA from Johns Hopkins University in 2010 and his B.A. degree in Political Science from Elon University in 2003.
Cody Flowers – Fellow for Residence Life – Danieley Neighborhood and Expanded Housing
Cody is a recent graduate from Wingate University where he majored in Biology. He is serving as a Residence Life Fellow in the Danieley Center Neighborhood and works with residents in The Crest and Trollinger Street House. While working here at Elon, Cody will be attending UNC- Greensboro to obtain a Master’s degree in Higher Education.
Carla Fullwood – Associate Director of the Multicultural Center
Carla joins the Division of Student Life as the new Associate Director of the Multicultural Center. Most recently, Carla was the Assistant Dean for Intercultural Engagement at Marquette University, having previously held positions in multicultural programming and residence life at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Marquette University, Ball State University, and St. John’s University (NY). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media from State University of New York at New Paltz and a Master’s of Arts in Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University. Carla brings tremendous skills and experience as a diversity educator, evidenced by her success in the field.
Christian Gangitano – Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Christian joins us from Longwood University in Farmville, VA where he served as a Strength and Conditioning Intern. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from Longwood University.
Danielle “Dani” Gates - Assistant Director of Residence Life - Historic Neighborhood
Dani joins us from North Carolina State University where she earned a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Counseling Education. She holds a bachelor degree from University of St. Thomas (MN). Her residential experience includes positions at Louisburg College (NC) and Meredith College (NC), and, for the past two years, at Duke University (NC), where she worked with upper class students in residential houses, house councils, and facilities operations.
Danielle Golinski – Career Services Fellowship
New Hampshire native, Danielle Golinski, has always had the passion for working with young adults in the field of education. While completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, she had a Resident Assistant position that provided a leadership opportunity and helped to provide focus on her career path. Most recently, Danielle completed her Master of Education degree in School Counseling at Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire. During her program, she worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Student Success program, and as an intern in the guidance department at a public high school. Danielle brings with her a strong counseling background and a passion for student engagement and positive psychology. In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out at the gym, and being crafty. She is looking forward to the warmer climate and exploring all that North Carolina and Elon University has to offer.
Joel Harter - Associate Chaplain for Protestant Life
Joel is an ordained American Baptist minister with a Ph.D. in Religion and Literature from the University of Chicago Divinity School and additional degrees from Harvard Divinity School, Northwestern University, and Vanderbilt University. Joel recently served as a Religious Adviser at the University Chicago, where he developed a contemplative worship service with Protestant and Catholic students and collaborated on multi-faith events with the Muslim Student Association. In Chicago, Joel also served as Project Director for Urban Dolorosa, a multicultural effort to organize faith communities to address urban violence and to promote youth development in Chicago. He was also an Interfaith Chaplain for an inner city community hospital. A native of West Texas, Joel lives in Burlington with his wife Melody and their two children.
Mandy Herrera – Assistant Director of Admissions for Latin American
A 2010 alumna with a B.S. in Psychology and Athletic Training and a Masters of Professional Studies from Georgetown University, Mandy returns to her alma mater to support international recruitment initiatives in central and south America.
Brandon Jacobs – Assistant Athletic Trainer
Brandon holds a Master of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL. Brandon previously served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Northern Illinois University and worked with football, women’s track and field, and men’s soccer.
Nikia Jefferson – Assistant Director of Greek Life
Nikia is one of three Greek Life professional staff members working with our fraternity and sorority community. She joins our staff after having recently completed her Master of Science degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania where she worked as a graduate assistant with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. She also holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Penn State.
Rabbi Rebecca Joseph - Director of Hillel and Associate Chaplain for Jewish Life
Rabbi Rebecca Joseph has a strong record of achievement in Jewish young adult engagement, community building and multi-faith leadership, including service on the Board of Directors of Mission Minyan and as a Supervisory Disaster Spiritual Care Chaplain with the American Red Cross. She previously was Senior Education Planner at the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund in San Francisco from 2008-2010 and Director of Institutional Grants at the Jewish Theological Seminary from 2000-2008. She earned rabbinic ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary which awarded her the Rubenovitz Prize in Jewish Theology; she holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of California – San Diego and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College.
David Kerman ’13 – Admissions Counselor
David holds a B.A. in Music and was an Elon Music Ambassador as a student. He is excited to use his passion for the arts and his alma mater as he represents the university in MD, DE and Washington, D.C.

(Jennifer) Dianne Little – Program Assistant for Department of Physical Therapy Education
Dianne came to Elon University from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she served from 2007 until accepting the position as Program Assistant for the Department of Physical Therapy Education. At UNC, she held various Executive Assistant (EA) positions including UNC Health Care Director’s Office, EA to Assistant Vice Chancellor of University Advancement, and Program Administrator of Doris Duke Medical Fellowship. Ms. Little attended Lousiana College, Louisiana State University and Fayetteville Technical Community College. She has worked for multiple employers before coming to North Carolina due to acccompanying her husband during his military career. Now North Carolina is her permanent home.
Amber McCraw – Career Services Fellowship
Originally from Summerfield, NC, Amber McCraw attended North Carolina State University where she obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration. It was there that she discovered her love for working with students. Amber has spent the last two years at the University of Georgia completing her Master’s degree in College Student Affairs Administration and working in Residence Life. She is looking forward to the opportunity to work with students in a new capacity at Elon University come July. In her free time, Amber enjoys listening to country music, watching movies, reading, and taking on new challenges such as running the Disney Princess Half Marathon!
Bill McCord – Assistant Football Coach
Bill joins us from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine where he coached cornerbacks and safeties. Bill holds a B.A. degree in History from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT.
Heather McMahon – Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions
Heather holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and a M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Georgia. She is a licensed professional counselor with considerable experience in health care, education and admissions. She will employ her marketing expertise to support Elon’s graduate programs in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
Virginia Oberle ’14 – Admissions Counselor
Ginny holds a B.A. in Psychology from Elon and was an Elon College Fellow. She will use her undergraduate research, internship and study abroad experiences to recruit students from OH, PA and KY.
Kevin Paczesny – Head Athletics Equipment Manager
Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY. Prior to joining us at Elon, Kevin served as Head Football Equipment Manager at Wagner College.
Kelly Page – Director of Football Operations
Kelly joins us from Ball State University in Muncie, IN where he served as a Graduate Athletic Assistant. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Administration from Ball State University.
Sean Rollolazo – Assistant Director of Residence Life – Oaks Neighborhood
Sean joined Elon from Baylor University, where he earned his M.S.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs while serving as a Graduate Residence Hall Director for two years. Sean holds a B.S. in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University. His is originally from Kailua Kona, Hawaii.
Dan Simmons – Director of Campus Recreation
Dan has an impressive depth of knowledge and passion for the recreational sports field. He has served as a director for 20 years and currently serves on the faculty at the National Intramural Recreational Sports Association School of Recreational Sports Management. He comes to us after serving at Drexel University as the Director of Recreational Sports since 1998. He is committed to developing and implementing creative and comprehensive programming and services in all components of Campus Recreation which reflect the needs and desires of an ever evolving campus. His B.S .is from Villanova and his M.S. is from Temple.
Jozi Snowberger ’07 – Director of Parent Engagement
Jozi leads the Parent Engagement office and is responsible for managing the Parents Council, coordinating Family Weekend and developing new opportunities for involvement of parents of alumni among a host of other duties. During the most recent season of her career, she worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she led the College of Arts and Sciences fundraising efforts as the Director of Annual Giving. Prior to this role she served in progressively responsible positions on Elon’s Advancement team. She earned a B.S. in Sport and Event Management from Elon University in 2007.
Chandler Thompson – Coordinator of Annual Giving, University Advancement
Chandler is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia with a M.Ed. degree in College Student Affairs Administration. She holds a B.S. in Economics from NC State University. Chandler will be working closely with the Annual Giving team to support milestone class reunion volunteers. She also coordinates Elon’s senior class giving campaign, working to build a strong culture of student philanthropy at Elon.

Emily Williams – Athletic Trainer for Club Sports and Student Health Services
Emily is a board certified and licensed Athletic Trainer and will serve as the Athletic Trainer for Club Sports and Student Health Services. In addition to her time serving club sports, Emily will also work with performing arts and the general student population in Health Services. Emily holds a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology: Sports Medicine and a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training both from UNC-Greensboro.
Dr. Randolph “Randy” Williams – Presidential Fellow and Special Assistant to the President, Dean of Multicultural Affairs
Randy Williams comes to Elon from North Carolina Wesleyan College where he worked as the vice president for student affairs and dean of students, and oversaw academic support services, orientation, residence life, health services, career development, counseling services, disability services, community engagement and more. He also served as the assistant dean of students at the College of William and Mary and associate dean of students at Hampden-Sydney College. Randy has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Hampden-Sydney, a Master’s degree in counseling from Longwood University, and a Doctorate in educational policy, planning, and leadership from the College of William and Mary. He will be working closely with President Leo Lambert, Vice President Jim Piatt, and other senior staff members to increase diversity in many areas across campus.
Kathy Ziga – Assistant Director of Academic Advising
Kathy joins us from NC State University where she served as an academic advisor in the First Year College and also served as assistant director of assessment for that division. Her two master’s degrees from Penn State University in counselor education and higher education-student affairs complement her psychology degree from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania. Ms. Ziga also has collegiate experience coaching women’s softball and basketball. We look forward to Kathy’s contributions as she supports general advising work, makes curricular enhancements for the exploring majors course, and supports the transfer students we welcome each semester.
Marie-Claire Heller – Program Assistant, Donor Relations
Most recently an Annual Giving Assistant at Robert Morris University, Marie-Claire is part of the Donor Relations team within the Office of University Advancement. She holds a B.S. in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville, where she played varsity field hockey. Marie-Claire has coached field hockey at Robert Morris University, Princeton Day School, and Rutgers University.
LeAnn West - Program Assistant for the Office of Academic Support and Advising
Academic Support and Advising is pleased to announce the addition of a new team member. LeAnn West, new program assistant, completed an undergraduate degree in nutrition at UNC-G and comes to us from Connerstone Conference Center where she performed a variety of administrative duties. LeAnn and her husband Chris, who teaches at Western Alamance High School, have a four-month old daughter named Ella. Please stop by during the coming weeks to say hello to LeAnn.
Jackie Allred – Program Assistant for the Assistant Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Campus Life
Elon alumna Jacquelyn Gardner Allred returns to her alma mater as program assistant for the assistant vice president for student life and dean of campus life. After earning her bachelor degree at Elon in leisure and sports management with a minor in business administration, she worked in the customer service industry, most recently as an office assistant at Jennings Bryan Chappell Insurance following nearly 17 years as a senior claims representative with GMAC Insurance. Jackie is an active alumna, serving as a member of the Class of 1994 20th reunion committee, regularly attending Phoenix athletic events with her family, and supporting the institution as a member of the Phoenix Club and The 1889 Society.
Laura Hettrick – Assistant Director of Game Operations and Facilities
Laura holds a B.A. degree in Communications with a concentration in Media Studies from College of Charleston. Laura joins us from Duke University where she served as Championships Intern and Athletic Facilities and Game Operations Assistant.
