The Stewart Fitness Center is Campus Recreation's most popular destination for students, faculty and staff. The Fitness Center has everything necessary for the workout enthusiast. 

FITNESS CENTER POLICIES

  • Be respectful of other patrons
  • Proper athletic attire must be worn at all times (jeans, rough material, and midriff bearing clothes are prohibited)
  • Closed toe and heel athletic shoes must be worn at all times
  • Food and gum are prohibited
  • Drinks must be in a sealable container
  • 30 minute time limit on cardio machines during peak times
  • Please refrain from dropping weights
  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • Rack weights after use
  • All patrons must be 16 years of age or older
  • Staff is not responsible for personal belongings
  • Campus Recreation staff may remove patrons from this area if deemed appropriate.

 PERSONAL TRAINING 

We have nationalaly certified student personal trainers on staff to help you reach your wellness goals. We currently offer Fitness Consultations and a six session personal training package. All new clients are required to purchase a Fitness Consultation with their session package. Sign up on our interest list at the front desk of Campus Recreation.  A staff member will contact you as soon as a personal trainer becomes available.
