Who will live in the Spanish House?
The Spanish Language faculty at Elon consider it an honor to be selected to live in the Spanish House. Residents are expected to make the Spanish House a special place. Spanish must be the language most frequently spoken in the house, and it should always be the language of communication at group meals and at special events. Students must maintain a constructive and positive attitude toward communication and cross-cultural living and contribute to the academic goals of the house. Students should maintain the cooperative and understanding spirit of the house. Since Spanish will be the primary language of communication, residents must have completed SPN 222 or have permission of the advisor by the time they live in the house. The house is open to both men and women.
