Volunteer dance teachers are needed in Gibsonville every Thursday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at Centre Stage on Main. The class consists of roughly 5-10 students ages 6-34 with special needs (such as down syndrome, spinal bifida, autism and mu disability). The class is organized to include 30 minutes of ballet for strengthening and 30 minutes of hip hop or line dancing. Classes start Aug. 29 and the goal is to have a volunteer or two per student.
