We do our best to match skills and preferences, but we cannot guarantee that you will get your preferred program area if you are hired. Areas include: El Centro | SMART Mentorship Program | DEEP: Social Justice | Identity Development Initiatives: Black Student Success (BSS) | Asian/Pacific Islander, South Asian, Native American, Alaskan Native (ANA) Initiatives | Communication Specialist Training*The CREDE expects all Student Coordinators to attend mandatory trainings and recurring meetings starting in Spring 2026 and throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. There will be a Virtual Spring training on April 23rd at 4:30 pm. Are you able to commit to this Spring training? A weekly mandatory Student Coordinator meeting will take place every Tuesday from 6:00-7:30pm starting August 25th. Will you work your academic schedule around these weekly meeting so you can attend? Availability*We hire students by the academic year, but we need to know when each student will be on campus at Elon University.
