Due to library renovations, the front doors of Media Services will be closed from Friday, July 18 to Monday, July 28.
During this time, Media Services’ staff will temporarily re-locate to Belk Library 108, impacting a number of services that we offer:
- Equipment checkout: We will not have access to our checkout equipment during this time. If you need equipment over the next two weeks, we ask that you check it out by Thursday (07/17) at 3:30 p.m. We will do our best to extend all loan check out periods to accommodate your needs.
- Duplication services: We will not have access to our CD/DVD duplicator during this time. If you have duplication needs, please submit this work early this week and we will do our best to complete these jobs before the end of the week. Duplication services will resume on Tuesday, July 29.
- Event Technology Support will continue to provide AV event services and support, but will also be located in Belk Library 108.
