Six seniors will present their thesis research on Monday, May 15 from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Isabella Cannon Room, Center for the Arts.

The Elon University Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Instructor Rusty Smith will present its annual Spring concert on the evening of April 20 in McCrary Theatre in the Center for the Arts. A varied program of works made popular by artists such as the Count Basie Orchestra, Oliver Nelson, Stan Kenton, Woody Herman, the Yellowjackets, Chick Corea and others will be presented.

As a part of Asian Pacific American Heritage month, a new art exhibit is debuting April 27 in Belk Pavilion featuring art selected by students during a winter term course in China.

Jacqueline Spencer '17, a special education and elementary education major, will be teaching English in Spain as part of a federal program that builds goodwill between the United States and people of other nations. 

The Environmental and Animal Law Society has coordinated programs leading up to April 22, a worldwide day of celebration of environmental protections and the preservation of natural resources.

The hour-long concert will begin at 7 p.m. in Yeager Auditorium in the Center for the Arts. 

Eighteen students were inducted into the Omicron Delta Epsilon economics honor society.

Fifteen second-year Doctor of Physical Therapy students and two senior exercise science majors presented their research at the 2017 Human Movement Science Research Symposium at UNC-Chapel Hill.
