Power+Place and Elon’s Center for Design Thinking with Williams High School students have launched a new creative initiative this Spring, “Voices of Alamance County” Storywalks.

Elon student catalysts lead design thinking workshops at Stetson University to help students, faculty, and staff brainstorm innovative approaches to their Greek Life living and learning communities.

The Center for Design Thinking brings together design thinking innovators to discuss how to design for wellness in higher education at the annual Design Forge conference.

In partnership with HealthEU, Inclusive Excellence Education & Development, the Black Lumen Project, and the Division of Student Life, the Center for Design Thinking will host a HealthEU Wellness Fair for Elon students and community members on March 14.

2024’s Winter Term course “Pathways to Design Thinking" builds bridges between Elon University and Alamance County.

Stories of Alamance County: Spaces of Faith and Spiritual Diversity was the culmination of a semester of community dialogue and students’ oral history projects.
