The Elon Alumni Association has presented annual awards to honor alumni and friends of Elon University since 1941. These awards, presented in the fall during Homecoming Weekend, are the highest accolades conferred by the Alumni Association.
If you know of an outstanding Elon graduate who is deserving of one of the following awards, please complete our online nomination form or our printable nomination form (PDF) and submit to the Office of Alumni Engagement by May 24 for that year's Homecoming.
Distinguished Alumnus/Alumna of the Year Award
Awarded to an alumnus or alumna who has distinguished himself or herself in a profession and in the community and brought honor to Elon.
Young Alumnus/Alumna of the Year Award
Awarded to an alumnus or alumna who has graduated within the past 10 years and has distinguished himself or herself in their profession.
Distinguished Service to Elon Award
Awarded to an organization, business, foundation or individual who has demonstrated outstanding service that promotes the advancement of Elon.
Alumni Service Award
Presented to an alumnus or alumna who has given extraordinary service to his or her community.
Service to Church and Society Award
Awarded to an alumnus or alumna whose life demonstrates service to church and society.
