The lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and ally (LGBTQIA) Alumni Network is an official branch of the Elon Alumni Association. This affinity group unites and represents the interests of Elon University's LGBTQIA alumni, undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff and families. We strive to improve the campus climate for future members of the Elon community by advocating on behalf of LGBTQIA issues, partnering with others, and promoting the university’s commitment to an inclusive and respectful community.
Becoming a member of the Elon LGBTQIA Alumni Network is easy. All lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and ally graduates of Elon can become members. Simply contact Hillary Bruce ’08, Coordinator of Alumni Engagement – Affinity Programs, at hbruce@elon.edu to be added to the membership list. There are no dues to join. But don't stop there! We invite you to join a committee or the LGBTQIA leadership team. Also, don't forget to join our Facebook group for updated information about events and programs.
