Elon’s Young Alumni Council (YAC) seeks to strengthen connections between young alumni and the university. Established in 2007, the YAC advises the Alumni Association and university on programs and services for young alums and current students.
The council comprises three committees: career networking and student transitions; development; and programming. Programs and initiatives each committee focuses on include:

The YAC begins accepting nominations for new members each fall. The application process closes each year in February and new members are invited to join the council at the annual spring meeting. YAC members serve three-year terms and are selected based on their involvement with Elon and their community.
