The purpose of the Champions is to improve the utilization of technology, increase skills across campus and enhance communication between Instructional & Campus Technologies (I&CT) and faculty/staff. An Elon Technology Champion is a liaison between I&CT, their department/area, and the Elon community.
A Champion provides first line support and coaching and identifies training needs for all members of the Champion’s department/area. As an advocate, a Champion brings technology initiatives and knowledge to their area on behalf of I&CT and lobbies for their peers in relation to technology resources and support. We invite you to learn more about us!
Do you have ideas for events you want the Champions to sponsor? Do you wish you knew more about certain technology on campus? Email Sara Vanderpool with your ideas!
