Koru Mindfulness®

Koru Mindfulness® is an evidence-based group curriculum for beginners specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management. During the workshop you will learn several specific mindfulness skills and meditation techniques, including eating and walking meditations, gathas, and body scan…to name a few!
