Being an outdoors enthusiast, an active volunteer in my town, and a fluent Spanish speaker, I felt this program would be a great fit and opportunity to leverage my interests and skills.

What about the Gap Semester Program excites you the most?
That is an extremely difficult question. Whether it be the technology-free, unreal opportunity of hiking through breathtaking Wyoming mountains for 26 days, being able to volunteer at such a profound level in four different parts of the country, or living in a place as beautiful as Costa Rica, I truly cannot say. I just can't wait to take it all in!

I’ve always been interested in a Gap year and this was the perfect opportunity to do to start my college career while still going on an adventure. Ultimately, it was an incredibly opportunity that I couldn’t pass up.
