O-Team is a group of disassociated Elon students that lend a hand to new students on move in day, assist with New Student Convocation and help facilitate Brother/Sister Orientation. They are an essential part of the orientation program because they are some of the first people incoming students and parents engage with on opening day. They answer questions and provide support for these new students and parents in addition to physically moving the students into their new rooms. O-Team members get to move into campus early (Wednesday, August 21) and attend one day of training to prepare for Orientation Weekend.
