About Elon College
Welcome to Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences
Elon College, the College of Arts & Sciences, houses 21 academic departments and dozens of interdisciplinary majors and minors. Students are able to pursue individualized plans of study by combining different degree options within the College and between offerings in the College and the schools of Business, Communication, Education, Health and Law. Approximately two-thirds of Elon students graduate with a major or minor in the College of Arts & Sciences. Our students obtain the skills required to navigate the world with great success as they develop the skills and fluencies required for today’s workplace: intercultural competence, strong critical thinking and communication skills, tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to work in teams while addressing complex problems.
