Supplemental Request Process in Accommodate

  1. Login to your Accommodate portal.
  2. On the Accommodate homepage, click on the Accommodation tab, and select Supplemental to begin the process.
  3. Click Add New to continue.
  4. Complete the series of questions on the next page.
    1. You also have the option of uploading documentation on this page (refer to Documentation Guidelines, which include information for academics, housing, dining and emotional support animals)
  5. Don’t forget to press Submit at the bottom of the page!

The Office of Academic Accommodations and Accessibility (AAA) will then be notified of your request. Upon review of your supplemental request, you will receive either your Accommodation Letter for the Term you selected, or an email from AAA regarding your status.
