Getting Started:

Submit an Intent to Submit (I2S) form once you’ve identified a funding opportunity. OSP will follow up within 3 business days.

Timeline:

Final internal documents must be submitted to OSP by 8:00 AM 5 business days before submission. Aim to submit the proposal at least one day early.

OSP helps refine project scope, identify compliance needs (IRB, export controls), and outline required documents.

Budgeting:

OSP assists with allowable costs, salaries/fringe, indirects, and sponsor restrictions.
