Research/Creative Interests

I’m interested in language learning and teaching, language change (especially in German and English), and the influence of social media on language teaching and learning. Right now I am working on everyday texts (memes, tweets, etc.) and how they can be implemented meaningfully in the language classroom.

Research/Creative Needs

Research will involve qualitative data collection/analysis, text collection and analysis, archival work, library and data base research.
