Elon Athletics and the Women of Elon present our second annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day!
Girls ages 12 and under are invited to participate in a sports clinic to learn skills in different sports - all taught by Elon Women's teams. Try out a new sport or develop skills you already have! Afterward, cheer on the Phoenix as Elon Women's Basketball takes on the Towson. Plus, lunch is included with your ticket! Enjoy a hot dog, chips and a drink at the concessions.

Attendees will be provided with materials for their painting and one drink ticket with their registration. Our alumni chapter is generously subsidizing the ticket cost, so you only have to pay $20! In this session, participants will explore practical strategies to recognize and reduce self-sabotaging habits that hold them back from achieving their goals. WE Restore - A Pelvic Floor Health Workshop (Charlotte)

Rebba will give a short seminar on pelvic floor health as it relates to living our daily lives, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, and more. She'll also provide assessments for diastasis recti and abdominal scarring (including Cesarean section scars) and provide information on how to strengthen, repair, and maintain your pelvic floor.
