Seasonal flexible work arrangements are available for staff when students are largely away. Eligibility for a seasonal flexible work arrangement is based on position responsibilities and community interaction. Successful seasonal flexible work arrangements focus on the community and team needs and are characterized by frequent, effective communication and performance management. Both alternate schedules and hybrid telework are available.
