How to Schedule an Appointment

Online scheduling is available for both new and established Faculty/Staff Wellness patients. The question tree below will propel you to easier scheduling with or without an active MyChart account.

Patients may also schedule an appointment by calling Faculty/Staff Wellness at (336) 278-5569 during operational hours.

Elon Faculty Staff Wellness Clinic/Cone Health are pleased to announce that MyChart is available as your medical records management system. MyChart is confidential and allows you to send messages to the Faculty Staff Wellness staff and providers, view your test results, schedule appointments, and more. Your Cone Health MyChart account can also be linked across many medical service facilities to make access to your medical care more seamless. Once you create your Cone Health MyChart account, you can link with your other MyChart accounts.

With this health and wellness tool, you will be able to:

  • Schedule an appointment.
  • View your test results.
  • Send a message securely through MyChart to your care team.
  • View your medical history, allergies, medications, and immunizations.
  • Conveniently print your information, such as medication lists.

Also, download the MyChart app! Go to the app store on your mobile device and search “MyChart.” Open the app, select Cone Health, and log in with your MyChart username and password. As you activate your MyChart account and need any technical help, please call the MyChart technical support line at 336-832-4278.
