Online mental health screenings are intended to provide a quick and anonymous way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional. These screening tools do not provide a diagnosis but can help to guide the discussion you may decide to have with a counselor.
ULifeline provides a secure and confidential screening tool that screens for thirteen of the most common mental health conditions that college students face. The screening process also provides information on these conditions and how to reach out for help. Go to the Self Evaluator Tool.
