Student Wellness Innovation Grant Instructions
Below are all the required fields you need to complete when submitting your proposal for the Andrew G. Bennett ’08 Student Wellness Innovation Grant. You can copy and paste the list to a document and work on your proposal until you are ready to submit it. Once all information is complete, you can cut and paste to enter the information into the online form in one sitting. Return to the grant page to locate the link to the online form.

Itemized budget: Provide an itemized budget with item, description and estimated cost with total not exceeding $500. See below an example for an itemized budget. Ensure that the items clearly connect with the project description you provided previously.
