Making Social Connections

Social well-being is authentic interpersonal relationships. Striving for well-being in this dimension includes connecting with individuals in a deep and meaningful way. Strong social well-being means one has the skills to make and maintain strong, supportive, interdependent relationships where each person genuinely cares for the other and values what they contribute. Strong social well-being also means challenging oneself to practice habits that foster authentic and healthy relationships.
