The Housing Application for 2026-27 is due Feb. 10. Then, in February and March all current students who intend to return to campus housing, in residence halls and apartments, need to GROUP (Roommate Group on Phoenix Living) and SELECT (participate in a Housing Selection process) to secure their housing for 2026-27.
During housing selection, current students will select their 2026-27 housing assignment. Students can check the housing selection page to find additional information.
Current students must:
- APPLY – Submit their Housing Application by Feb. 10, 2026 on Phoenix Living (www.elon.edu/phoenixliving)
- GROUP– Begin roommate grouping (complete roommate group prior to your selection day/s)
- SELECT – Participate in a selection day process or be accepted to an LLC or Fraternity/Sorority house.
