My research and mentoring focus on student experiences in higher education, including how student relationships with peers, faculty, and staff influence student learning, belonging, and success.

Research/Creative Needs

My work is primarily qualitative (analyzing interviews and focus groups, for example), although I have some quantitative data that also could be the foundation for a research project.
