About Christina Hnatov

Christina Hnatov is a Learning Experience Catalyst at the University of Maryland’s Academy for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Her work focuses on helping students and professionals build creative confidence, develop human-centered design skills, and approach complex challenges in new ways. Through experiential learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and workshop facilitation, she helps people explore innovative solutions and rethink how organizations and communities address problems. She is also involved in research exploring how learners can develop the skills to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
