About Dimitri Higginbotham
DiMitri Higginbotham is an Assistant Professor of Practice and Director of the Center for Integrated Design at the University of Texas at Austin. His work focuses on design thinking, human-centered design, and innovation in higher education. Through teaching, research, and collaboration, he helps students and organizations apply creative problem-solving methods to complex challenges. He is also passionate about building communities of design educators and advancing design education through cross-disciplinary collaboration.
