About Ela Ben-Ur

Ela Ben-Ur is a design educator, innovation coach, and founder of Innovators’ Compass, a tool that helps people navigate challenges through creative problem-solving and collaboration. She has more than 20 years of experience in design and innovation, including 13 years at IDEO, where she led projects, coached teams, and helped develop leadership programs. As an Academic Partner at Olin College of Engineering, she teaches courses ranging from product design to life design. Her work focuses on making design thinking accessible to people of all ages and helping individuals and organizations find new ways forward.
