Reverend Dr. Jesse Alston is a man of great giving who allows his church to be a home for those who simply need shelter for an evening. He opens his doors and his arms to those who are struggling even offering jobs in his church to those in need.
Reverend Dr. Alston recalls one member who had just recently found himself at the doors of his church to simply ask for some assistance and even some money. Reverend Alston, despite condemnation from the people around him, felt that God had called him to do more for this man. He not only opened the church to him, but his home. Reverend Dr. Altson took this man in and helped him find his footing in life, and a relationship with God.
Reverend Dr. Alston continues this work, opening the doors of his church to anyone and everyone as he believes we all deserve to have a place to let Jesus into our hearts.
