When accessing the website to purchase tickets, please follow the steps below:
- Go to www.biltmore.com/partnersor www.biltmore.com/highereducation to access the discounted tickets. Both URL’s will take you to the same ticket store.
- In the middle of the page select the “buy tickets” for which one you would like to attend.
- Select the month you plan to visit. The applicable discounted rate will be listed on any date that is available. If a date does not have a ticket rate listed, it is currently sold out.
- Select an available Biltmore House entry time via the dropdown below the calendar, then Confirm Time Slot.
- The next screen will allow you to select the number of Adult, Youth and Child tickets you wish to purchase. Although children 9 years and under are free, they are still required to have a Biltmore House reservation and should be indicated on this screen. Select ADD TICKETS
- A pop-up box will appear requesting the Biltmore Partner code. Enter elon (all lower case), then hit SUBMIT.
- The next screen will be the Shopping Cart where you can review your order, select the Method of Delivery, and Form of Payment. There is a service fee charged by eTix, the ticket service provider. Hit CONTINUE, which will take you to the checkout process of your purchase.
- The final step is where you will supply your billing information, payment information and complete your purchase.
