Accessing OnTrack Leave Requests and Approvals Portal
Elon will be implementing a new process and technology for leave requests for monthly-salaried employees starting January 20, 2026. Bi-weekly-salary employees will begin using the system in February, 2026.
When the new system is implemented, you can request leave, modify leave requests and view your leave balances.
To access the OnTrack leave requests and approvals portal:
- Navigate to OnTrack
- Log in with your Elon username and password
- On the welcome screen, select the Employee tile
