Program Structure
Employees receive 10 backup care credits per year that can be used for center-based care, in-home care, or other flexible options depending on needs.
Staff & Faculty Experience
Flexible solutions include center-based care at partner locations, in-home care with vetted caregivers, and “care cash” reimbursement ($100/day) when arranging your own caregiver.
