Vision:The government will eventually imposs a tax on all citizens, and even more on companies in order to support the web. In exchange, the government will put up wireless internet toweres in every city. This will allow every person in the country freedom to use the net.
Telecomunication companies will still sell service to land lines which will offer a greater degree of privacy.
Devices to access the internet will be so cheap that almost everyone will have them. They will even be integrated into car GPS systems to update maps according to the city that a car is in.
