Nutshell: The USA seizes control of internet with its allies.

Vision:

I am hiding in a cold, damp sewer in NYC clutching my vest pocket computer with its goggle screens on waiting for the United States of Earth Cyber Patrol. I expect to die.

This is the only place without view cams. There are view cams everywhere interfaced with data-mining software, including inside of the bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms in every dwelling. It is the law.

The preamble to the new Constitution begins "Those who are lawful are not afraid of surveillance in…." I hear the hum of their bootskates. I pick up the homemade (weapons were banned in ’08) flintlock and prepare to die like a human.
