Headline: Individual Fine Tuning

Nutshell: The world will be closer to individual needs.

Vision:

Have you ever asked yourself how education has changed over the past 20 years? Have you noticed, how much more options school students have, based on their capabilities, than in your own school days? This is what I call: individual fine tuning.

Grade classes today have much wider gray scales than, say, back in the ’70s. With the the introduction of global networking, inter-cultural integration, and the fact that we are moving more towards an individualistic society, it is only obvious that education will have a similar impact. The choices that we make as individuals can be catered for, in every walk of life. Education becomes a need, rather than a must. We will be capable of studying and training in anything that we need to fine-tune a skill that we require to carry out a job. This will shape our personalities and will create the diversity in the skills we acquire!

A job will be more fine-tuned to our needs, rather than the opposite! This may also do away with the need of having bosses!

Moreover, you will be able to work from anywhere anytime!

Let’s be honest: how many of us in the "business world" really has a 9-5 job anymore? Whoever is not connected after hours or on weekends is not considered efficient!
