Nutshell: Jobs will be something we do, not what we have. No more corporate 9-5.
Vision:People will no longer be employees for a company. Furthermore, companies will outsource jobs to people instead of outsourcing to other companies, say off-shore. We will truly compete globally for these jobs. No preference for nationality will exist. I imagine an inbox like email for jobs that are automatically sorted and accepted or bid on. The work schedule will automatically be planned for you this way with text alerts to your phone/device etc…
