Headline: Self-Imposed Physical Isolation is Likely
Nutshell: Social interaction will continue to increase through technology, while decreasing in the physical world.
Vision:Transactions and interactions will require less and less direct human contact as we will continue to automate and virtualize our business activities. Remote cameras and communication systems will allow "attendants" to provide services on demand.
We will eagerly embrace this model as service failure rates decrease, and compensation for the few service failures becomes part of these systems.
Intolerance for mistakes will increase in future generations.
