Headline: Toward a transformative transactional environment

Nutshell: A transformative transactional environment is broadband technology [engineered] to distribute value to all willing participants.

Vision:

A transformative transactional environment is broadband technology [engineered] to distribute value to all willing participants.

It means the value of a connection is equal to the content provided. It means choice; as securely actionable through diverse media. It means that social energy is leveraged fully by the technology which supports its interaction.

It means that deployments of infrastructure are matched to the holistic geographical dynamics of market.

It means that some interactions are further monetized and some are not.

It means that debt burdens can be reduced, managed and eventually eliminated through prudent models of capital deployment.

It means service roll outs with a clear value proposition.

It means not selling one culture against another, but allowing the culture to define its own application.

It transforms the participants in the exchange of their values [social energy/communications] by equalizing the outcomes of those transactions.

It synthesizes needs in a correct correlation of precise actions with effective results.

It balances inequalities without burdensome, superfluous legislation. It seeks willing participants without the presumptions being in or out. It finds the right home for innovative milestones.

It make no judgments of the past, but seeks only to synthesis the present and future promise of broadband.

The proposition of T3E is rooted the complexity and dire challenges now facing the industry with serious core issues to grapple with. It seeks to extend a definition of values; how-to matrices which enable and enhance the vision to meet these core issues with firm resolutions and completion of goals. It subsumes that these challenges can be addressed, met and resolved with clear, concise results for all willing participants.
