Janis Baughman
Director of Student Activities

Mrs. Baughman earned a Master of Education degree in College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida in 2004. Janis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and Community Service from Providence College in 2000. She began working at Elon in June 2004 and became the director in June 2006.

Mrs. Baughman’s responsibilities include advising the Student Union Board; coordinating club/organization event proposals, College Coffee and tailgating festivities; and training for event planning.

Robert Dunlap
Assistant Director of Student Activities

Bobby comes to Elon from the Ohio State University where he earned his Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs in June 2009. Before Ohio State, he attended Miami University earning at Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. He began working at Elon in July 2009.

Bobby’s responsibilities include advising the Student Union Board, managing programming at Lighthouse Tavern, and assisting with general Student Activities programming.
