Student Involvement is excited about your interest and involvement in student organizations at Elon. We recognize that your involvement in student organizations provides valuable experience during your time on campus. Being actively engaged and leading a student organization serves as a means for enriching your academic and professional endeavors, building your ethical and moral development, celebrating and learning about cultural and spiritual traditions, encouraging civic engagement, and providing you with opportunities to build lifelong relationships. We want to support you in leading your organization and provide you with opportunities to engage in collaboration while gaining meaningful leadership skills.
The goal of this handbook is to complement the Elon Student Handbook and provide you and your organization with the tools and resources necessary to navigate your way through university and organization related policies (denoted with an ** throughout the handbook) and to maximize your success as a group on campus. Use this handbook as you lead your organization, register and host events, and have a vibrant presence on campus.
