Meet the Involvement Ambassadors
Meet the Involvement Ambassadors!
The Involvement Ambassadors are a group of student leaders who assist students in identifying meaningful engagement opportunities through individual consultations and group presentations/workshops. The Team also assists students and student organizations with the use of PhoenixCONNECT and shares information about events and activities occurring both on and off campus for students.
- Ethan Ash ’22 – Hi everyone! My name is Ethan, I’m from Massachusetts, and I’m a senior pursuing degrees in Business and Psychology. I’m super open and enthusiastic and always open to learning new things! I look forward to meeting with you and helping you navigate all that Elon has to offer. In addition to working as a Student Involvement Ambassador, I am involved in SUB, URSA, and an RA.
- Sam Eliasson ’22 – Hi! My name is Sam Eliasson, I am from Maryland, and I am currently a senior at Elon. I love getting involved on campus and am always willing to try new things. I am current a double major in Project Management and Marketing with a minor in Mathematics. I am involved in the math honor society on campus as well as club field hockey. I participate in business case study competitions where our teams go to different states and countries to compete.
- Sydnie Holder ’22 – Hi there! My name is Sydnie Holder and I’m a senior from New York. I’m an Elementary and Special Education major. I’m involved in Elonthon, Alpha Xi Delta, and Chabad. I cannot wait to help any and everyone get involved on campus!
- Mia Jackowitz ’22 – Hello! My name is Mia Jackowitz, I am from Maine, and I am a senior here at Elon, studying Cinema and Television Arts with a minor in Political Science. This is my second year working as a student involvement ambassador, and I am so excited to help you all find on-campus clubs and organizations to get involved in! In addition to working as a Student Involvement Ambassador, I am involved in Sigma Kappa.
- Katie Laurence ’24 – Hi everyone, my name is Katie and I am a sophomore from Mendon, MA. I am a Cinema and Television Arts major with a minor in Psychology. I chose these two seemingly different fields to study because I am fascinated by different perspectives and I love the idea of telling meaningful stories that are representative of the human experience. On campus, I am part of Cinelon Productions, Renegade, Elon Outdoors, and Kappa Delta. I am so happy to add Student Involvement Ambassador to the list and I am excited to meet and work with all of you!
- Sam Meltzer ’22 – Hi! My name is Sam and I am a senior Adventure Based Learning major from Maryland. I love spending time in the outdoors, cooking, and working as an Involvement Ambassador.
- Andrea Moore ’22 – Hello! I am Andrea Moore and I am a senior Arts Administration major with a concentration in Studio Art. Getting involved has been the most important part of my Elon experience. I am a member of Alpha Omicron Pi, an art editor for Colonnades Literary & Art Magazine, and a member of Students for Peace and Social Justice. I am excited to help others get involved on Elon’s campus!
- Amanda Rubeo ’23 – Hi! My name is Amanda Rubeo and I am a Junior, Elementary and Special Education from New York. Besides being a Student Involvement Ambassador, I am also Co-President of Phoenix Phanatics, and a member of Alpha Omicron Pi, Teaching Fellows, and North Carolina Teaching Fellows!
